Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise CAD draftsman teams in Shenzhen to develop full set of shop drawing and detailed drawing
• To liaise and coordinate with architects / designers and project teams
• To manage draftsmen to convert clients' design concept / drawing into shop drawing and detailed drawing to sub-contractors for production

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in building construction, architecture, interior design or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in fit-out contracting or interior design industry
• Proficient in AutoCAD, familiar with REVIT application is preferable.
• Good knowledge of shop drawing & detailed drawing preparation is a MUST
• Ability of handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines
• Fluency in English and Putonghua
• Good leadership and presentation skill
• Occasional to overseas and frequent travel to China are required
