Duties:

• BIM Project Management or Coordination 
• Production of 3D BIM Models; or
• 3D Rendering;
•  

  Requirements: 

1. 1. 2 years Hand-on working experience in BIM projects (including planning, designing, administrating and operating)
       
   2. Degree or above in relation to Building Studies, Architecture, Civil, Construction or Engineering.
       
   3. Professional or Associate Member of HKIBIM  will be an advantage.
      
      
   4. Knowledge of Revit / Naviswork / Civil 3D / Photoshop / 3D Max / Maya / Fusor / Flash / Lumion 3D /   Tekla etc. 
      
      
   5. For those with less Experience could be considered as BIM Engineer.
