Job Description
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- 1-2 year relevant experience
- Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Familiar with PC application including MS Office, CAD preferred
- Immediate available is preferable
Responsibilities:
- Administration of Main Contracts & Sub-Contracts
- Cost Control
- Assist with budgeting
- Assist with contractual claims and sub-contractor's claims
- Handle other ad-hoc commercial and contractual issues when required certifying payments and variations, final account settlement
