Requirements:

• Sound educational background with certificates in property management or related discipline
• At least 5 years solid experience in managing a portfolio of residential and commercial buildings
• Sound knowledge in buildings’ facilities repairs and maintenance
• Experience in handling building renovation and central air conditioning system work an advantage
• Good English and Chinese and well-versed in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Salary will commensurate with job experience and qualifications
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Property Manager
