A Contract Manager or Assistant Contract Manager is sought for a highly reputable International Contractor. With Build and build projects all around Asia, they are frequently associated with leading and large-scale projects. 

Less experience will be considered for Assistant Contract Manager

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES

• Must have strong experience in contract & claims background
• You will be responsible for negotiating contracts, assessing risks, and compile financial documents
• Resolve disputes and issues
• Finalize Contractual and Legal control of project

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Degree in Quantity Surveying 
• Minimum 10 years relevant experience 
• Experience in Build projects 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Analytical, organized and able to make informed decisions
• Self-motivated, good working attitude and high level of professionalism and integrity
• Ability to prioritise, manage and lead team.
