Duty:

• To maintain the project team operation
• To lead the teams of engineers in project co-ordination
• To up-keep customer relationship & continuous project marketing activities
• To handle technical problem solving & to deal with the system users, E&M contractors and properties management companies for end solutions
• To prepare air-conditioning system replacement proposals and cost estimation
• To bid project tenders
• To coordinate with subcontractor system installation to ensure the quality standard is complying with the project specifications
• To in-charge of various secured projects with sufficient resources
• To protect project cost & overheads and to maintain profitability

Requirements:

• High Diploma / Degree holder in Building Services Engineering or Electrical Engineering disciplines
• At least Five-year Experience in E&M Contractor for HVAC / Fitting-out Projects
• Registration of Electrical Worker (Grade A) license or above is an advantage
• Good command in English writing
