• Degree / Higher Diploma in Building Studies / Architectural Studies / Structural Engineering / construction related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in building construction with at least 3 years experience
• Able to work independently with good problem-solving skills.
• Able to lead to a team to achieve timely delivery of project.
• Strong leadership and able to work under pressure
• Required to coordinate with sub-contractors and the architects as well as consultants
• Immediate available preferred
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Holder of TCP, T3 or above
