Job Description:

• Coordinate with clients, main contractors, consultants, architects and relevant parties to carry out the engineering works, monitor progress of modernization projects;
• Attend site meetings, meet clients and handle clients’ enquiry;
• Planning and allocating resources for modernization services;
• Ensure quality of modernization before hand-over to client and Maintenance Division;
• Coordinate with Safety Department for safety implementation and monitor safety performance;
• Handle engineering troubles at site, follow up and report;
• Prepare technical reports and relevant documents;
• Perform any other duties as assigned by superiors.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or equivalent;
• 2 years' relevant experience is preferable, fresh graduated will also be considered;
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications and Chinese Word Processing, experience in using AutoCAD is preferred;
• Strong logical thinking and communication skills, initiative and hardworking.
