Job Description
Responsibilities
-
Responsible for project execution and supervision of on-site installation work of retrofit projects
-
Coordinate with client, consultant, main contractor and sub-contractors for project implementation

Assist Project Manager to monitor the on-site progress and quality of work
-
Attend site meetings and address if any technical queries from client
-
Handle project administration and documentation works
Requirements:
-
Higher Diploma in Building Services or Mechanical Engineering
-
Minimum 4 years' relevant experience in execution and project management of HVAC A&A and/or retrofit project
-
A proactive team player and possess good communication, interpersonal and project management skills
-
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
