Key Responsibilities / Duties

• Provide design and implementation of landscape works in residential, commercial and public space projects;
• Independently evaluate, select, and apply standard landscape architecture techniques, procedures, and criteria, using judgment in making minor adaptations and modifications on projects;
• Provide support in dealing with project issues to resolve difficulties;
• Prepare tender submission for projects and cost budgeting; and
• Responsible for project management and financial performance of projects.

Person Specification / Qualification

• Degree in Landscape Architecture
• Registered Landscape Architect under LARB in HK and professional member of HKILA
• At least 3 years or above post qualification and local relevant experience
• Innovative, creative and possess strong design skill
• Experience with multi-national design firms would be an advantage
• Ability to manage project independently
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin)
• Less experienced candidate will be considered as Landscape Architect
