• Higher Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying or Building Research 
• 5 years or above experience in large real estate developers or the work of the consultant experience
• Familiar with Hong Kong's building regulations, regulations and audit procedures
• Good communication, interpersonal & management skills
• Responsible, self-disciplined, flexible and able to withstand pressure
• To assist in the preparation of tender documents, and the organization of the cursor, sentenced calibration work
• To assist in the management of the contract, as well as other issues related to the contract
• Handle project budgets and final accounts to the peripheral units in all phases of the consultancy to review results
• Coordination, project material procurement, payment, changes, and data aggregation.
