• Degree in Electrical / mechanical engineering 
• 5 years or above experience in large real estate developers or the work of the consultant experience
• Familiar with Hong Kong's building regulations, regulations and audit procedures
• Good communication, interpersonal & management skills
• Responsible, self-disciplined, flexible and able to withstand pressure
• Responsible for the design and support projects in all the electrical and mechanical services-related work, including the management and coordination of Design Consultants, contract management, quality control and the future after the completion of the property management support
• Assist the total production of specialized technical standards
• Complete the Professional data aggregation, and summary of the analysis.
