Job Description
My client is a leading architecture and design firm are looking for a Associate Director / Senior Associate Director join their team
Job Role:
- Handle in different stages of interior design projects
- Retails planning strategy with benchmarks analysis
- Financial control and project management
- Attend to project team meetings (Office/Site)
- Preparation of Invitation to Tender
- Collaboration with LDI, consultants, contractors and suppliers
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture or Design
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience
- Familiar with Sketchup, InDesign, AutoCAD
- Fluent in English (Mandarin is highly advantageous)
- International Retail, Mixed Use and Commercial projects are prefered
