Job Description
Requirements:
- At least in possession of a Certificate in Building Studies or equivalent; and
- 3 years' post qualification experience in the maintenance of building in Hong Kong; and
- familiar with DWO is preferred
- Knowledge in the maintenance of public housing in Hong Kong
- Applicant with less experience will be considered as Assistant Maintenance Officer (Building Works)
