Out client is an international architecture, planning and design firm based in the U.S. With 1000+ professional staffs worldwide and a strong presence in Asia, it is now inviting high-calibre services & engineering professionals to join its team in Hong Kong office.

Responsibilities

• Works closely with senior staff supporting design and technical tasks
• Assists with technical documents preparation
• Revises drawings and renderings
• Conducts research for the project team
• Produces graphic presentations builds study models
• Performs calculations and basic analytical tasks
• Organizes files, materials, and displays
• Assists with consultant communication as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Planning or related field
• 1+ years of architecture, landscape architecture, planning or related experience
• Maintains effective communication with project team members
• Interacts well with other disciplines and clients in a manner that builds productive relationships
• Proficient with Revit, AutoCAD, Sketch-Up and Microsoft & Adobe suite of programs
• Proficient with GIS preferred
• Fluent communication skills in English and Mandarin Chinese
