Job Duties:

- Site inspection , monitor safety, quality of work progress and workmanship on site.

- Planning, prepare drawings and programme for the project scheduling resources for projects.

- Ensure the project goals and objectives can be met within given timelines.

- Coordinate and prepare all relevant documents.

- Providing on-site coordination different trades of sub-contractors, suppliers and clients.

- Provide strong leadership and guidance to field and site superintendents.

- Coordinate with internal staffs from various departments.

Job requirements:

- More than 5 years of relevant work experience.

- Experience in handling workers, contractors, landlords, suppliers and inspectors.

- Experience in handling technical and management problems.

- Experience in site safety matters.

- Good knowledge in building services.

- Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese.

- Computer skills such as MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, AutoCAD, MS project preferably.

- Work in Macau.

- Macau ID card holder is preferred.
