Job Description
A major Main Contractor is looking for a Commercial Manager with Property Developer experience to join their Building team. They have many new build projects with private property developers which are on going and expecting to win more projects this year.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Degree in Quantity Surveying
- Minimum 10 years relevant experience
- Experience working in a Property Developer
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Analytical, organized and able to make informed decisions
- Self-motivated, good working attitude and high level of professionalism and integrity
- Ability to prioritize, manage and lead team.
