Mulitmedia / Web designer

Responsibilities

• As an in house design teammate, you will work closely with product designers to formulate complete new product development programs
• Regular brain storming sessions to develop out of the box concept and content
• Conceptualize and create cutting-edge multimedia elements in both online and off line environment
• Solidworks proficient candidates may take part in product design aspect.

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Graphic / Multimedia Design or other related disciplines 
• Be creative, well-organized, self-initiated and proactive. Aiming for on-going self growth.
• 3 years working experience in graphic and multimedia design
• Can work individually and manage multi-tasks efficiently. Happy to source new tools to promote working performance.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effect, Dreamweaver and relevant web-site enhancement tools
• Knowledge in Solidworks and Visualize
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghau)

Graphic Designer 

 Job Responsibilities:

• Guidance on Graphics Team to produce outstanding product and campaign in promoting corporate image for Group’s development

• Implement service and maintain/enhance positive corporate images and culture (internal and external)
• Keep abreast of current market trends in leading market and evaluate competitive climate, strategic opportunities, and overall market potential
• Create original concepts and coordinate design and production for corporate events/activities
• Ensure correct information of the proposed designs, which are relevant to production and marketing function
• Review material sourcing and cost, identify material deficiency and making recommendation for improvement
• Maintain effective communication (internal & external) to ensure concept are clearly presented and deadlines can be achieved
• Coordinate and monitor on-going multiple schedules to meet deadline for self as well as the Graphic Team and corresponding production team (and vendors)
• Compose training content and offer on-job training to team members for ensuring work process with noticeable quality
• Work closely with the Regional offices to ensure all the stores deliver an excellent visual standard according to the company and brand image by regular store visit
• Monitor progress & overall results of promotional / marketing campaigns, and to ensure timely delivery of all marketing activities.
• Reporting to the Design Director and Design Manager

  Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Visual Art, Graphic Design, Multi-Media related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in art/creative design and direction
• Extensive experience and knowledge in advertising, marketing, print and web design
• Experience in China and Hong Kong (or cross-region) projects
• Highly organized, able to multi-task in fast paced environment
• Demonstrable creativity, analytical and problem solving skills
• Proactive and self-motivated individual, able to explore new ideas, pay attention to details
• Proficient in Mac software (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Flash, Dreamweaver etc) and proficient in MS Office
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills with good spoken and written Mandarin
• Frequent travel to PRC
• Immediate available is highly preferred
