Responsibilities:

• Lead a team to support the technical requirement for product development
• Responsible to prove the accuracy & proficiency of technical packs
• Manage technical designer to collaborate a smooth communication with Design, Product
• Development, Merchandising, Quality team and factories
• Identify potential risks, give cost-efficient solution and viable alternatives on technical packs
• Providing guidelines to the factories about technical specification and requirements
• Make appropriate recommendations regarding construction methods & techniques to improve fit, quality and value
• Monitor team process on time adherence to company calendar

Requirements:

• College or Bachelor Degree in Fashion/ Apparel Design
  
• Minimum 6 years of manufacturing experience with developing Tech Packs, Technical Design/Pattern making field, at least 3 years gained in a supervisory role
  
• Expert in garment construction standard and engineering, textiles/fabric, trims, finishing, and manufacturing methods, the whole garment process from development to manufacturing
  
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, negotiation and problem solving skills working in a diverse and multicultural environment
  
• Must be proactive and committed to working in a dynamics environment
  
• Detail-minded with good analytical and problem solving skills
  
• Proficient in MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite (Design CAD), Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop, etc.
  
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
  
• Willing to travel
