About the Client:

This leading internationally renowned company is looking to strengthen its customer-centricity by committing its resources in User-Centered design. They are looking for a UX specialist to join a dynamic team at this exciting time of their transformation

About the Role:

• Design: Help create deliverables for the entire design process, including information architecture, interface design, interaction design, and prototyping
• Define: Support the strategy in design and processes across platforms and products
• Standards: Identify, establish and promote UX best practices, including templates
• UX Metrics: Identify, collect, and analyze data to inform user experience decisions, including web metrics, customer support data, and other sources
• Usability Research: Design and conduct usability-related research including usability testing, card sorting, and other approaches as needed

 About You:

• Have a passion for usability and design as well as the ability to reduce complex experiences into simple, clean design that drives engagement and high-value user behavior
• Good working knowledge of tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Axure, Keynote, After Effect and Adobe Premiere
• Broad understanding of interface design for multiple platforms: websites, mobile apps, etc. 
• Be able to think beyond project requirements and possess a critical mind to draw results from user research and workflow analysis
• Possess a solid understanding of graphic design and web technologies
• Be self-directed, proactive, responsible, and able to meet deadline and budget requirements
• Have excellent communicative, collaborative and interpersonal skills.
