About the role:  

Reporting the VP of Supply Chain, leading a team of managers and designers, this role is accountable the product development strategies, budgeting, production cost control and etc.  Developing innovative product portfolio, monitoring implementation process management and sales performance.

Requirements:

Successful candidates who must have 15+ years of management skill from solid industrial design, packaging design in consumer goods sector.  Good creative sense and familiar with production process.  Excellent in communication and presentation skills.  Bachelor in Product or Industrial Design or related disciplines.
