Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of animators to create high quality animations
• Report to the Digital Creative Director
• Give direction and mentorship to animators
• Create outstanding 3D Animations of humanoids, creatures, vehicles, assets 
• Collaborate with producers and project managers to define schedules and deliverables
• Pipeline enhancement and documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer animation or equivalent;
• 5-8 years as a Senior or Lead 3D Animator;
• Expert in MAYA 3D animation, rigging / skinning / key-framing;
• Strong knowledge of Photoshop;
• Ability to animate characters (humanoid and creature), hard surface assets, and vehicles;
• Ability to animate motion graphics using After Effects;
• Experience in creating VFX and particles in Maya or effects tools;
• Experience in AAA console/PC and/or mobile game development;
• Some low level scripting experience, MEL, PYTHON, XML will be an advantage
• Knowledge of Spriter will be an advantage
• Experience with After Effects, JIRA and Perforce will be an advantage
• Experience with isometric game graphics will be an advantage
