Responsibilities:

• Responsible for handling full set of design process.
• Assist and support the design team to meet tight schedules of multiple projects.
• Liaise with relevant parties prior, during and after construction/upgrading works.
• Collaborate with Project Manager and Main Contractor during construction/upgrading works.

Requirements:

• Certificate / Diploma holder in Architecture or Interior Design or any related disciplines.
• At least 1 year working experience in Interior / fitting out work or construction field; knowledge in furniture designand building regulations will be an advantage.
• Good drafting technique and knowledge with AutoCAD & perspective drawing. Proficiency in SolidWorks would be a plus.
• Self-motivated, mature, initiative and able to work under pressure.
• Good command of English, Chinese and Putonghua.
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Draftsman.
