Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Project management of high-end design and build project
- Design document review and coordination with design teams and project directors
- Coordination with client's consultants and contractors
- Internal managment with team members
- Compiling summaries, status report, budget control, Gantt Chart generation, Bill of Quantities and project final account.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management of high end interior projects
- Design or certain technical background (MEP) would be a plus.
- Rational and clear headed
- Excellent communication skills
- Developer side experience a big plus
