Job Responsibilities:

• Assist Design Manager to co-operate with team in the completing full set of development process on the assigned product lines.
• Attend trade shows as directed to gain insight into future trend. Develop and research material that relevant to customer specific requirements and service standard
• Compare and contrast the soured current material with our competitors so as to ensure continuous improvement
• Research and analyze fashion trend direction and gather information from team for Design Manager’s presentation – from overall design concept to technical details
• Design and develop projects with fashion, innovation and marketable in mind
• Manage full set of product development: styling, sketches, sampling, fitting and sales meeting presentation
• Ensure correct information and make seasonal presentations of proposed designs, which are relevant to production and marketing function
• To assist Design Manager on team monitoring and to ensure appropriate services being provided by supportive departments
• Undertake the management of PRC team in tasks achievement

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Fashion Design or related discipline
• With at least 6 years relevant working experience in fashion design, production development and fabric sourcing in men and women items, ranges from ready-to-wear and high-end fashion
• Familiar with ladies fashion design management and rapid response system
• Strong in both sweater and woven design and also material and accessories
• Proactive, creative with solid technical experience and sensitive on market trends, material, color and shapes etc.
• Good visions in International fashion wear and understand the culture of Europe and USA
• Exposure of working in multi-national companies
• Proficient in MS Office and design software like Photoshop, Illustrator etc.
• Excellent organization power and good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Independent and willing to travel frequently to PRC and other regions on request
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Candidate with more experiences will be considered as Design Manager
