Responsibilities : 

• Research current trends, silhouettes, fabrics and embellishments Initiate seasonal design concepts including colors, fabrics, materials and styles
• Print and embellishment design & development, including silhouette design and preparing tech pack.
• Prepare technical sketches and hand/CAD illustrations for seasonal presentations to customers Involve in mood boards preparation, sampling, proto sample review and fitting process
• Work closely with in-house CAD/Textile Designers on print and embellishment design requests and Merchandising teams on development & execution 

Requirement : 

• Degree/diploma holder in Fashion Design discipline
• Fluency in spoken and written English
• At least 6 years solid experience in designing ladies' high fashion wear
• Strong sense of fashion and market trend Knowledge of costing and techniques for garment design and embellishments
• Willing to make China and worldwide travel for sampling works and seasonal presentation
• Ability to work in fast paced environment, prioritize and multi-tasking
• Responsible and reliable, positive attitude and a team player in a culturally diverse team
• Good PC knowledge (Word, Excel, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
