We are a well established interior design and contraction company, we are currently looking for potential candidates to cope with our rapid expansion :

Job Specification

•     To assist in preparation and organizing materials for shop openings, exhibitions
•    To provide and support production of promotion materials for exhibitions;
•    To assist in preparation of project documents, coordination between departments & contractors
•    To handle document submission and correspondences with clients, designers & contractors
•    To monitor the quality of sub-contractor and prepare on site report
•    To liaise and coordinate with sub-contractors to follow site progress and design information.
•    To provide clerical support to the daily administration; and
•    To perform any other duties as required.

 Requirements

• Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Events & exhibitions management
• Good command in spoken & written in English & Chinese, spoken Mandarin is preferable
•  At least 1 year experience in coordination of exhibitions / events / projects
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, & PowerPoint;
• Good in inter-personal / communication skills, well organized, self-motivated and able to work independently; 
• Knowledge in design software (sketch up, V-Ray, Photoshop, etc) will be advantageous
• Willing to work over-time and work under pressure
• Immediate availability is preferred
