Job Description:

Work as Design Team Lead/Creative Director role to create and develop creative ideas from scratch to finish (Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality, Interactive Installations). Monitor creative & production quality.

Requirements:

- Excellent creative concept development, art direction & execution
- Mentor and inspire the teams to continually raise the creative bar across clients
- Responsible for concept development, proposals and presentation
- Be proactive and able to provide solution to tackle design problem
- See through the whole creative process on the artistic side and make sure the end result is well delivered
- Improve team cohesion and effectiveness
- Organize man power resources & schedule

Minimum Qualifications:

- Excellent time-management, multi-tasking, strong communication skills; and the ability to quickly prioritize tasks
- Must communicate clearly and effectively in English
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Able to participate in clients pitches and have high level conversation
- A portfolio is a must to apply for this position, CV without portfolio will not be considered
- Proven world-class design, brand and client experience
- Experience in Augmented and Virtual Reality is a plus
- Experience using Unity 3D is a plus
