Responsibilities:

• Working closely with Marketing team on conceptualizing and developing all visual designs from concept to mock up to final website/homepage which align with the APM branding and image.
• Choosing layouts and page elements to optimize visual appeal
• Improving the overall interface and user experience
• Maintaining and enhancing websites by adding and improving design and interactive features
• Creating advertising and promotion banners and landing pages to drive sales/leads
• Using responsive design to enhance mobile access
• Collaborating with external partners, graphic artists and programmers 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design with solid experience in web design and photo retouching experience with fashion retail brands 

• Demonstrate graphic design skills with strong portfolio

• Proficiency in Photoshop, illustrator or other visual design and wire-framing tools 

• Strong visual design skills and advanced coding knowledge 

• Familiarity with SEO and marketing 

• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese 

• Up-to-date with the latest web trends, techniques and technologies 

• Ability to multi-task and a good team player
