Purpose

• As the key player in the team to promote 3D fitting technologies and design apparel using digital fashion design software to meet the customers’ requirements

Responsibilities

• Work with R&D to design and develop prototypes and patterns using 2D and 3D technologies.
• Generate tech pack, create spec, and work with customers on development stage.
• Provide guidance to vendor to solve technical issues.
• Develop a fabric and material library to be used for virtualization projects.
• Adding technical instructions on garment construction/fit/grading before sending to suppliers.
• Check and alter pattern on paper or system.
• Assist in developing the fit reference guide using 3D technology.

We looking for candidates with the following skills and experience

Required Skills and Experience

• Diploma or above in Fashion/Textiles/Pattern Making or related subject

Preferred Attributes

• Apparel Technical Design knowledge for different product categories
• Understanding of apparel measurement specifications and construction
• Knowledge in conduct fit evaluation using 3D technology
• Knowledge of design and pattern making software e.g. Lotta, V-Stitcher, etc
