My 3 different Clients are the MNC Property consultant, Now they are looking for Charter QS candidate for them.

Key Areas of Responsibility

§         To participate in valuation and consultancy projects and to prepare necessary reports with absolute high accuracy

§         To conduct site visits, mainly in Hong Kong or in other countries, and to collect data for preparation of valuation and advisory reports

§         To prepare financial feasibility analysis and valuation reports

§         To ensure compliance of ISO standards

§         To be able to explore new clientele

§         To retain existing clients and maintain good client relationships

Required Qualification, Skills and Attributes:

§       University degree in Real Estate or surveying or related disciplines

§       Qualified Surveyor or possess equivalent professional qualification is a must

§      Experience in valuation of PRC properties and / or Hong Kong government projects is an asset.

§       At least 3 years post-qualification valuation experience ; candidate with less experience will be considered as Surveyor.

§       Good command of both English and Chinese. Fluent Mandarin is an asset

§       Proficiency in Word / Excel / PowerPoint

§       Detail-minded and independent

Able to work under continuous pressure, tight schedule and unpredicted volume of work
