Job Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to sales teams and answer customer enquiries.

Prepare sales quotations; arrange deliveries and handle full set of I/E document.

Communicate and coordinate projects and sales orders with overseas suppliers and business partners.

Requirements:

• Form 7 / University Graduate with minimum 1 year or related experience.
• Excellent PC skills with proficiency in MS Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Good interpersonal & communication skills.
• Strong sense of responsibility, independent and a good player.
