As Head of eCommerce, you will manage both manage and expand the eCommerce channels, lead an eCommerce sales team, own and manage relationships with eCommerce partners as well as ensuring an effective use of ecommerce as a route to market.  You will have a high level of initiative, providing thought leadership, innovation and process improvement initiatives and acts as a liaison between digital marketing, brand teams, offline sales teams, finance, supply chain, and outside vendors for development and strengthening of the eCommerce channels.
