Our company works within the  Hobby & Craft and stationery sector in the UK and Europe.  We are looking for a very creative, enthusiastic and driven candidate to join our growing team.  

What you will be doing:

-          Researching trends in all creative arenas

-          Creating new ideas and products

-          Directing and coordinating our team of designers

-          Liaise with customers and suppliers to ensure product design, quality, technical and functional requirements are properly fulfilled,

-          Liase with merchandisers in the company to ensure key stages are met.

-          Managing artwork stages

-          Creating and constructing packaging designs of products.

-          Preparing meeting briefs of product options

-          Working with testing houses to ensure product safety.

What you need for this position

-          Keen interest in Creative and Craft & Hobby

-          Understanding of retail in the UK and Europe

-          Fluency in English both in written and spoken

-          Photoshop & Illustrator proficiency

-          Degree in a relevant field

-          Managerial experience

-          At least 1 year’s relevant experience in a hobby related business
