Primary Responsibilities:

This is a multi-functional role which contributes to all destination services areas include coordinate and accompany (if required) area orientation, settling-in, home finding, schooling, tenancy management, short term temporary housing booking and immigration.  Post-holder will manage customer’s international mobility move and needs to work closely with the field consultants to set expectations of customers on various aspects of the destination services.

Requirements:

• Hard working, positive working attitude, organized and attention to details
• Team player, cultural sensitive and able to work with all levels of staff
• Aware of timelines and able to work independently
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. 
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office – MS Word, Excel and Access.

Education / Experience:

• A minimum of four years business experience, of which two years should be associated to relocation industry preferred.
• Diploma in Business Studies or equivalent   

Language Skills:

• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, HR and the general public.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese) with conversational Mandarin as an added advantage.

 Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

• Relevant Real Estate Agent License preferred
