Junior Achievement Hong Kong (JA HK) is a registered charity in Hong Kong and one of the 100+ members of JA Worldwide. We believe in the boundless potential of young people and are dedicated to inspiring and preparing young people to succeed in the global economy.
JAHK Slash Management Trainee Program is a pilot MT Program to encourage university graduates with 0-2 years of work experience to pursue a slash career. We believe slash careers are the future of jobs and we hope to support candidates who share the same belief with a modest yet stable income plus an environment to pursue multiple pathways.
Features of Program:
- 4-Day Work Week
- Freedom to engage in external freelance projects
- 13-month contract (including a 1-month paid externship with an NGO / Social Enterprise selected by the candidate)
- Chances to work directly with and coached by Deputy CEO
- Diversified job exposures including event management, program development, marketing and fund raising, general administration
Requirements:
- Career goals in pursuing a slash career
- Passionate in making an impact to youth development in HK
- University graduates with 0-2 years of work experience
- Bilingual in English and Chinese/Cantonese, both written and oral
- Skills in photo and video editing would be a plus
- Able to report duty by Jan 2018
