Nord Anglia International School Hong Kong is looking for a Senior Admissions Officer. The Senior Admissions Officer will be accountable for driving the admissions programmes and processes for NAIS to increase visits and applications from prospective students and their families. The Senior Admissions Officer will take responsibility for delivering a first-class user experience and assist families as they make the important decision of where to educate their children.

The successful candidate will have/be :

• Qualified to degree level
• Strong computer literacy skills (Excel, Word, Database management) 
• Sensitive to numbers and a good attention to detail
• Good telephone and email manner 
• Experience working within an educational setting 
• Experience working within a customer service/client facing environment
• Knowledge of English National curriculum and the IB system 
• Ability to review processes and procedures
• Excellent English communication skills: face-to-face, on the telephone and in writing (Essential)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in Cantonese and Mandarin (Preferred)
• Be flexible and a team player
