Job Description
- Diploma or above in Business Administration or related discipline.

At least 1 year working experience in Education or customer services or NGO is preferable.

Assist in managing the centre operation and screening interview.

Assist to supervise the clerical staff and cleaner ensuring the centre operation running smoothly.

Responsible for full-range of course administration duties and invigilation.

Good command of English and Mandarin.

Familiar with MS Office and Chinese word-processing.

Capable to cope with multi-functional & multi-tasks and able to work under pressure.

Self-driven, pro-active, able to work independently and be a good team player.

Shift duties are required.

Christian Action was established in 1985 as a Hong Kong registered charitable organisation. Our mission is to serve those who are poor, disadvantaged, marginalised, displaced or abandoned, aiming to give them
hope, dignity and self-reliance. Our service recipients include underprivileged children and youth, the unemployed, low-income families, ethnic minorities, refugees, migrant domestic workers, as well as orphans and abandoned children in Qinghai; we also run
social enterprise programmes. Our services are based on the example of Jesus Christ to serve all people regardless of their age, gender, nationality and religion.
