Roles & Responsibilities:

• Support initiatives of corporate marketing and brand management for all our product portfolio to ensure sustainable growth through serving and retaining our customers with solid value propositions & best quality offerings
• Conduct market research (assessment & analysis including market size, growth trend, segmentation, targeting, positioning, etc) for both core and new businesses in local markets as well as international markets
• Discover and understand market needs and customer needs (unmet needs and hidden needs) in priority through different channels for creating new business opportunities from new customer acquisitions and new course developments

Requirements:

• Degree holder in marketing and/or relevant subjects
• At least1 or 2 years of marketing and/or commercial experience, with MNC background is definitely an advantage (language education industry experience preferred)
• Strong interest in language learning and education industry (particular for Chinese language & cultures), with a good passion for international Chinese education
• Experience in writing marketing plan along with knowledge in digital marketing, social media and internet-based technologies
• Excellent in Power-point and good skills in Excel and Chinese word processing
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Proficient in Mandarin is required
