Duties:

1. Mange full range of duties relating to facility management of the College, including but not limited to property management, administrative services, event support and removal services;
2. Formulate and implement the policies and procedures relating to facilities & administrative management(Campus Support);
3. Arrange and coordinate office set up, internal moves and relocation projects;
4. Lead and supervisor the Campus Support Team to ensure smooth operations and deliver quality services to the College;
5. Monitor the performance of the service providers of cleaning, security service and gardening;
6. To perform any ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

1. Degree holder in Facilities Management / Property Management / Business Administration or equivalent;
2. Minimum 5 years’ solid experience in Facilities Management and Office Administration, and with 3 years of supervisory levels;
3. Strong sense of responsibility, adaptability, flexibility, customer-oriented and able to see things from different perspectives and able to meet tight schedule;
4. Possess good leadership, organizing and problem-solving skills;
5. Good command of written and spoken in English and Chinese.
