Responsibilities:

• Handle and follow up customer requests, enquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
• Liaise with internal technical staff for updating progress / feedback to the customers.
• Assist in providing regular CS reports to the supervisors.
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to maintain smooth operation.

Requirements:

• Degree holder.
• Minimum 2 years customer services experience.
• Mature, responsible and able to work under pressure.
• Cheerful, service-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in Cantonese and English, with Putonghua proficiency a definite advantage.
• Hands-on experience of PC operations, Internet knowledge and Chinese Word Processing.
• Provide first line helpdesk support and advice to our end users.
