Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for archiving of news content and daily electronic indexing
• Provide effective news research support by using in-house archives and online information databases 
• Guidance to juniors on news research and archiving
• Support in digitization of film negatives archive collection
• Assist in historic and digital archive improvement projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in any discipline. Information Studies or related discipline is a plus
• Minimum 3 years working experience in information and content management, preferably in news/media library. Candidate with less experience will be considered as Content Resources Executive.
• Good knowledge in news and information searching and using different online databases and internet resources
• Strong news sense and familiar with current affairs of Hong Kong, mainland China and APEC.
• Able to work independently and in a deadline-oriented and fast-paced environment
• Good command of both written and spoken English, and good knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
• Able to work on late shifts (off duty at 10:00pm), weekends, public holidays in either Tai Po or Causeway Bay Office

Shuttle bus is provided for working in Tai Po Office.
