Requirement:

• Form 5 or above
• Min. 2 year clerical experience
• Experience in Jewellery field is an advantage
• PC knowledge (Word, Excel, Email )
• Good command in written and spoken English / Mandarin
• Attentive to details, responsible, independent, aggressive and be willing to learn

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support, handle accounting duties and attending jewellery shows, 
• Responsible for clients and order follow-up 
• Co-ordinate between customers and production 
• Prepare quotation, samples, invoice and related document 
• Enjoy Team Work 
• Assist Sales department 
• lerical support for routine operation
