JOB SUMMARY

 As the Regional Manager-Asia, you are a hands-on manager responsible for the overall company performance in Asia. This includes Engineering, Procurement, Quality, Materials and Administrative. Responsible for the regions development, implementation and maintenance of the business plan. This position requires travel – not limited to but including Asia, the United States and Mexico.

•  Engineering: Oversee all engineering activities in the region including working with OEM’s, ODM’s and vendors.
•  Procurement: Oversee procurement activities in region including vendor selection/qualification   and cost reductions.
•  Quality: Oversee Quality processes including incoming inspection and customer complaints.

• MUST be fluent in Mandarin and English
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum (3) years management experience (electronics)
  • Minimum (3) years manufacturing engineering experience
  • Minimum (3) years relative electronics industry experience (knowledge of products, engineering)
  • Experience with quality processes required
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to set up and train staff for maximum output
