Job Description
The position is responsible for analyze, develop and achieve value expansion goals through creation of account-specific plans for our diagnostics products. Key responsibilities include the followings:
- Support and drive sales in commercial and value expansion team
- Provide strategic pricing support
- Review contract compliance, support sales process for renewals
- Review and assure Abbott adherence to customer KPIs and identify improvement opportunities
- Prepare and participate in customer business reviews
- Analyze and optimize instrument utilization
- Manage lifecycle of instruments and assays
- Coach sales personnel and other matrix functions
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Science
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in managing key accounts
- Strong value selling skills
- Good business acumen and sensitive to figures
- A team player with good interpersonal and analytical skill
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in Chinese and English
