The position is responsible for analyze, develop and achieve value expansion goals through creation of account-specific plans for our diagnostics products.  Key responsibilities include the followings:

• Support and drive sales in commercial and value expansion team
• Provide strategic pricing support
• Review contract compliance, support sales process for renewals
• Review and assure Abbott adherence to customer KPIs and identify improvement opportunities
• Prepare and participate in customer business reviews
• Analyze and optimize instrument utilization
• Manage lifecycle of instruments and assays
• Coach sales personnel and other matrix functions
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Science
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in managing key accounts
• Strong value selling skills
• Good business acumen and sensitive to figures
• A team player with good interpersonal and analytical skill
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
