Responsibilities:

• To assist the head of innovation to formulate the initial concept for change concept formulation and prepare proposals including analysis on opportunity definition, business plan, risk mitigation, costs and benefits and action plans to the Innovation Committee.
• Contributes to a culture of innovation actively seeking ways to enhance the capability and performance efficiency, efficacy and success of the Group.
• Participates in the development of projects that may consist of a variety of innovation challenges including but not limited to product/service innovation, market innovation, business model innovation and operational innovation.
• To facilitate and coordinate the approved concept into complete project design and execution documents along with task-level project plans with the project teams and Business Units.
• To work with project teams to resolve problem issues or barriers that may arise, and prepare progress reports.
• Contributes to the flow of information by conducting regular meetings to ensure staff is updated on relevant objectives/issues within the Group.
• Performs other such duties as may be required by the head of innovation or Innovation Committee.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Engineering, preferably in Building Services, Mechanical, Electrical or related disciplines.
• Above 8 years relevant working experience in the E&M industry with excellent engineering knowledge and practical skills.
• Substantial experience in research, problem solving and project management
• Experience working on project management Tools (Visio, MS project etc.).
• Experience in technology companies an advantage
• Excellent project management, organization and team collaboration skills
• Strong analytical, interpretation, problem solving and research skills
• Self-motivated, plenty of initiative and willing to share the concept of innovation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese
• Ability to work as a part of a team
• Occasional travel to the PRC required.
