Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform frontier operation support for international telecom network services
- Partner with service providers for network fault recovery
- Conduct regular health survey of telecom network and equipment
- Provide updates to customers for fault handling progress
- Carry out shift duty in Network Operation Center (NOC)
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma in Telecom / Electronics / Information Engineering or related discipline
- Hands on experience & knowledge in Transmission & IP areas is highly preferred
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, proficient in Mandarin is definitely an advantage
- Shift duty (7x24) is required (offering attractive shift allowance)
- Working Location: Siu Sai Wan
- Fresh graduates will be also considered
