Responsibilities:

• Handle complaint and rectify problem
• Perform traffic surveillance of International Voice Systems
• Handle Fault Ticket and perform fault finding and rectification
• Perform Daily O & M Routine tasks, handle route change
• Perform Tier-1 Functions in Voice Network Operation Centre

Requirements: 

• Higher Diploma holder in Telecommunication / Computer Engineering / Electronics or above
• 1 year working experience in Voice Network Operation Centre / Switching Support 
• Routing Change experience in multi-platforms and familiar with Routing Mechanism in Veraz Switch is preferable
• Computer knowledge, Programming skill is an advantage
• Good Analytical Skill and able to trouble shoot problem independently and precisely with good communication skills
• Able to communicate in English and Mandarin
• 7 x 24 Shift duty is required (with shift allowance)
• Working Location: Shek Mun
