Our client is a luxury developer with an exclusive residential community made up of 86 houses and low rise apartment blocks, located at South Bay, Mid levels and Kowloon. They are currently seeking a technical professional who will take up maintenance and improvement works duties of the Directors’ residences and reporting to Chief Engineer, direct day-to-day communication with the Directors (end-users).


Requirements:

Diploma or Higher Diploma in Building Services Engineering or related discipline.

8-12 years’ solid practical experience in multi fields or disciplines including electrical and mechanical engineering, maintenance of building services systems and building repair works.

Mature with good interpersonal, communication and leadership skills and a proactive problem-solving attitude.

Possesses unquestionable integrity, able to work at outdoor area, independently and under pressure. 

Willing to work in non-office hours, (Sunday & PH occasionally).

Able to communicate in spoken and written English and Cantonese.

Good skill in MS Words, Excel and Power Point, knowledge in AutoCAD is an advantage.

Possess valid driving license.

Responsibilities:

Carry out day-to-day maintenance and improvement works at directors’ residence

To attend emergency call and handle the defect rectification work

Monitor contractors and vendors performance, liaise and co-ordinate with other contractors, consultants, utility companies, etc.

Participate and complete various ad-hoc assignments by seniors.
