Responsibilities:

• Perform least cost routing with quality supplier and issue routing order
• Traffic allocation for committed traffic to the route on time
• Floor price setting to commercial team
• Numbering plan update and breakout analysis
• Implement routing structure and call testing with system
• Provide routing reports to commercial team
• Liaise with internal parties and external vendors

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma in Telecommunications or related disciplines
• 1 year experience in voice routing / quality checking, with experience on Routing Module and Assure system is preferred
• Good English and able to communicate in Mandarin
• Good PC skills in MS Office, especially for Excel and knowledge in VBA preferred
• Sensitive to figures, proactive, good sense of responsibility and able to work independently
